When will my order ship out?

While we try our best to ship your items to you at the earliest opportunity, please allow a maximum of 10-15 working days for your item to be ready.

- during sale periods or online discounts, custom made pieces may take up to 1 month to be ready.

How long does delivery take once my item has shipped?

For deliveries in the UAE, it takes 2-3 working days for your item to arrive. You will receive an email the moment your items are out for delivery. 

For deliveries in the GCC, it takes 4-7 working days after your order has shipped for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking code by email the moment it has shipped. 

Are VAT and Duties included?

They are not, you might be charged at delivery. Selcouth is not responsible for these expenses.
